The Society of St. Vincent de Paul was founded in France in 1833 by Frederic Ozanam.  It was established in Canada in 1846, and today exists in 130 countries throughout the world.    Our mission is to live the Gospel message by serving Christ in the poor with love, respect, justice and joy.
